Why can't I find all AL-KO and SAWIKO products in the store?
We offer a carefully selected product range of our AL-KO Vehicle Technology Group brands in the AL-KO Store. The premium quality products are suitable for self-assembly. All products requiring intensive advice are still available as usual from our AL-KO retailers.
How can I pay?
You can pay by PayPal, credit card or SEPA direct debit. Your data is
protected during transmission by a certified SSL connection.

Pay securely and easily with PayPal. We will forward you directly to PayPal at the end of the order process.
If you already have a free PayPal account, you only need to log in. If you are new to PayPal you can register as a guest or open a PayPal account.
Your payment will be credited to our account within a few minutes and we can process your order immediately.
If you return an item, we will credit the corresponding merchandise value to your PayPal account.
Credit card
Pay conveniently and easily by credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
If you return an item, we will credit the corresponding merchandise value to the credit card originally charged.

Can I change or cancel an order?
Your order will be checked by us after you have placed it in our shop.
You can change or cancel your order in the shop as long as you have not
received an order confirmation from us.
How does the shipping work?
As
soon as your order has been received and checked by us, we’ll get your package
ready. We ship exclusively with UPS. You will receive a separate e-mail from
our shipping provider UPS with the number for tracking your shipment.
Where is my package?
You can track your package using the UPS tracking number. You have
received this tracking number in a separate e-mail directly from UPS. Simply
enter the number on the UPS website:

I have received a damaged package
Our shipping provider UPS is responsible for any damages that occur
during transport. Please contact UPS directly at

Can I exchange items?
At the moment you cannot exchange an item via the shop. Please return
the item to us as described in the section on how to return items. Then order
the desired item again via the shop.
When will my return be credited?
We will process your return as soon as possible. As soon as we have
verified that the goods have been returned to our company, we will arrange for
a credit note. This usually takes 14 days.
